About us
Established in 1991, Sargent & Young has steadily gained a reputation as a Firm that can be relied upon for sensible and unbiased advice, high standards of service and ethics.

We take great pride in our independence and therefore our ability to tailor our service to our clients individual requirements.

We specialise in the Letting and Management of Residential property within the Barnes and Mortlake area and also, in Partnership with Mervyn Smith & Company, within Ham & Petersham.

Our success over nearly 20 years has been based on some very firm beliefs:

That it is a special privilege to be entrusted with the management of a Clients property often when they are many thousands of miles away.
That in undertaking that task, we should treat the property as though it were our own.

		Widening our net Sargent & Young is wholly owned by Boileaus Estate Agents of Barnes. Therefore, our Clients properties will be marketed by Boileaus in Church Road as well as by ourselves in White Hart Lane.
